Heaven doesn’t have a TSA.

Doesn’t have long roped-off walkways where you have to take off your shoes, standing where thousands of strangers have recently rubbed their socks, or in some cases, their bare feet.

Doesn’t have a lady in a blue button down shirt telling you to take your laptop out of your bag, or leave your laptop in your bag, or possibly put it in a bin? And definitely don’t mess it up.

Which is not to say you can take your laptop to heaven. Or your shoes. Or your backpack or your cell phone or any of the pictures of your kids you keep in your wallet for when you’re tired of staring at your cell phone.

Wherever you go, all the stuff has to stay here.
