running from your problems

Morning Reading for March 14

If you’re going to run away from your problems, you may as well get a treadmill.

Buy a nice pair of shoes, a tracksuit, and a fancy watch that tells you precisely how fast your heart is beating.

Fill up your water bottle with electrolyte replacements and do some breathing exercises in the mirror, pumping yourself up for what’s ahead.

Because running away from your problems is a great strategy—so long as your only real goal is getting in some cardio.

Thank you. Let’s have a great day.
