Morning Reading for May 4
You may have a hard time arguing with the color red.
It tends to give its rebuttal solely in the form of existing. Abstract, loud, and oh so very, very bright.
Because red doesn’t think. It doesn’t feel. It doesn’t ponder or scheme or take notes or realize a great comeback three days later while it’s taking a shower (it doesn’t shower).
Because red doesn’t do anything. It simply is.
How often do we find ourselves trying to debate things that could just be accepted as facts?
Thank you. Let’s have a great day.
