Narcissists are surrounded by assholes.

For the precise same reasons that empathetic people are surrounded by misunderstood souls.

No, it’s not manifesting. It’s simply that people who are self obsessed hate being told no so much that they hate people who dare to have their own opinions.

Just as people who love others are delighted to discover someone who sees the world in a way different than their own. 

What a marvelous thing—to see two people interpret the same set of information in such drastically different manners. 

(and, if you have a choice, who would want to go out of their way to surround themselves with assholes?)
