Morning Reading for May 20
Shakespeare never felt the dread of pressing send on a risky text.
(and given everything else he wrote, god only knows he would have if he lived today).
Da Vinci never lost a CAD file to data corruption. Mozart never lost his train of thought because he got an interesting email. And Doestoyevsky never had to delete his browser history.
But the fear of the work being rejected, the mundane catastrophe setting you back hours, the ever-pressing battle of fighting off ordinary distractions—
They never faced our particulars, but they over came all the generalizations.
Which means we at least have a shot.
Thank you. Let’s have a great day.
