scared to death

Yes, we’re scared. 

Can feel the blood pumping hotter, faster, the adrenaline kicking us up two gears in one shift. 

The thought of quitting the job, posting the song, sharing the art you’ve agonized over for so long—well, it’s a big scary world, and a whole lot of things can go wrong.

Yes, we’re scared. And chances are, we’ll continue to be scared, until one day, we’re dead.

Scared to death. But not dead yet. Just scared and very much alive, very much still kicking, very much still going to do it anyway.
