One Man’s Gratitude
December 28
It could be as simple as the shoes on your feet, the meal in your hand, or not having to check your bank account before swiping your debit card.
It could be as complex as a career, your very own take-home internal combustion engine, or a roof over your head, engineered to perfection over hundreds of years by thousands of geniuses you’ll never meet, or even know.
All of these things are, for you, for us, sources of gratitude. But for someone else, they might be a pain, bitterness, living examples of what they don’t have.
More reason to be grateful? More reason to share that gratitude?
Morning Reading is a daily email to help center yourself, reflect, and prepare for the day. It’s sent with love from your friend, Zach in Austin, Texas. He even drew the logo himself.
