If you know what needs to be done, you should do it—take a brief moment of clarity for what it is, cherishing the rare times in life you can simply do without overthinking.
Better yet, if you not only know what needs to be done but also feel like doing it, stop reading now and chase it for all its worth. Everything else can wait: every part of you is ready to take something on.
But for the rest of the times—when neither our brains or our hearts give us anything resembling coherence—we have a plan. In fact, these moments are what the plan is for: blueprints for minutes, hours, and days when nothing seems to quite make sense—but we keep going anyway.
