Room for Agreement

It could be a place. Four walls, a floor, and an (optional) ceiling, a room within which you seek agreement, and nothing but agreement.

It could be a spot you clean off your shelf, getting rid of somthing old to make space for something new, something strange, something you previously couldn’t have agreed with, but now, perhaps… 

It could be hidden somewhere in the inches between your ears, some small pocket of good will that seeks nothing other than common ground…

Or it could be a time, set in stone every year, or scheduled for the weekend, a time to do nothing other than get along—now, perhaps?
