Someone Somewhere

October 25

Someone somewhere once said something profound. Something poetic. Something groundbreaking, thoughtful, and, when you boil it down, goddamn beautiful.

It was the kind of sentence that changed someone’s life. Immediately gave them perspective and flipped their paradigm. Single-handedly pulled them out of the pit they were stuck in.

Unfortunately, no one was around to write it down. And even if they had, would it really have the same effect outside of its original context?

Maybe the lesson is—seperate from being able to read something profound—we should consider saying something profound.

Or, at the very least, writing down something profound someone else said.
